Misión Francesa en Sudán: El Hassa

En 2000, la Sección francesa de la Dirección de Antigüedades del Sudán (SFDAS), en cooperación con el servicio sudanés del Patrimonio, National Corporation for Antiquities and Museums, puso en marcha obras de excavaciones en la ciudad meroítica de El-Hassa, sobre la margen derecha del Nilo, 30km al sur de las pirámides de Meroe.

Misión Francesa en Sudán: Zankor

Desde comienzos de 2002, la misión arqueológica francesa comenzó el relevamiento en torno a la ciudad medieval de Zankor, en una parte bastante desconocida del Kordofán occidental.
